Scope and Aim of the Journal

1. Scope and Aim

IJESA publishes original, high-quality research, reviews, and creative scholarship across educational sciences and the arts. Topics include, but are not limited to:

• Curriculum design, pedagogy, and classroom practice
• Educational policy, leadership, and administration
• Educational technology and digital learning
• Arts education, creative practice, and arts-based research
• Assessment, measurement, and learning analytics
• Inclusive education, special education, and community engagement

The journal aims to advance interdisciplinary knowledge that improves teaching, learning, and cultural practice worldwide.

2. Manuscript Types

IJESA accepts the following manuscript types:

• Original Research Articles – Empirical studies reporting clear methodology and analysis (5,000–8,000 words).
• Review Articles – Comprehensive literature reviews and meta-analyses (up to 10,000 words).
• Short Communications – Brief reports of new findings or methods (2,000–3,500 words).
• Case Studies – Detailed examinations of practice or programs with implications for theory (2,500–4,000 words).
• Theoretical & Conceptual Papers – Conceptual pieces or theoretical contributions (up to 8,000 words).

3. Submission Guidelines

All submissions must be made through the online submission system. Manuscripts should be in English and submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

The cover letter should include:

• The title of the paper
• The manuscript type
• A statement confirming originality and exclusivity (not under review elsewhere).

4. Manuscript Preparation

4.1 Format

• Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced.
• Use 1-inch margins on all sides.
• Number all pages consecutively and include line numbers for review.

4.2 Structure

• Introduction
• Methods
• Results and Discussion
• Conclusion and Acknowledgments (if any)
• References

4.3 References

Follow APA 7th Edition citation style.
